Important: By using MTN PLE Fanbox, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MTN PLE Fanbox ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Platform Description

MTN PLE Fanbox is a comprehensive digital platform that provides:

  • Fan Voting Services: Man of the Match (MOTM), Player of the Month (POM), and Best Dressed Fan (BDF) polls
  • Match Prediction & Betting: Football match outcome predictions with competitive odds and prize winnings
  • Team & Player Donations: Direct financial support system for your favorite teams and individual players
  • Digital Wallet Management: Secure fund storage, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction history
  • Mobile Money Integration: Seamless MTN MoMo payment processing for all transactions
  • Real-time Features: Live results, leaderboards, and instant notifications
  • SMS Communication: OTP verification and transaction confirmations

3. User Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform
  • You must be a resident of Eswatini
  • You must have a valid MTN Eswatini phone number
  • You must have access to MTN Mobile Money services

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP codes
  • You must not share your account access with others
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Voting and Polling Services

4.1 Poll Types and Rules

  • Best Dressed Fan (BDF): Free voting, one vote per phone number per poll
  • Man of the Match (MOTM): Paid voting at E1.00 per vote, multiple votes allowed
  • Player of the Month (POM): Paid voting at E1.00 per vote, multiple votes allowed

4.2 Voting Restrictions

  • Votes can only be cast during active poll periods
  • All votes are final and cannot be changed once submitted
  • Vote manipulation or fraudulent voting is strictly prohibited
  • We reserve the right to disqualify suspicious voting patterns

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

  • All payments are processed through MTN Mobile Money
  • You must have sufficient MoMo balance for transactions
  • Payment authorization is required for each transaction

5.2 Pricing and Fees

  • Voting prices are clearly displayed before payment
  • All prices are in Eswatini Lilangeni (SZL)
  • Standard MoMo transaction fees may apply
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

5.3 Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided for technical errors where payment was successful but service was not delivered
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction
  • All refund requests are subject to investigation
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original MoMo account

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Attempt to manipulate voting results through fraudulent means
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent voting restrictions
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers connected to the Platform
  • Upload or submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content

  • All content on the Platform is owned by MTN PLE Fanbox or its licensors
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
  • Trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property

7.2 User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit (such as fan photos)
  • You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • We collect only necessary information for service provision
  • Your phone number is used for authentication and payment processing
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
  • You have the right to request deletion of your data

9. Platform Availability and Modifications

9.1 Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain 24/7 platform availability
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

9.2 Platform Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services
  • Significant changes will be communicated to users
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • MTN PLE Fanbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for losses due to user error, technical issues beyond our control, or third-party services

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by User

  • You may stop using the Platform at any time
  • Contact support to request account deletion

11.2 Termination by Us

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
  • We may discontinue the Platform with reasonable notice
  • Termination does not affect completed transactions

12. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Eswatini
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Eswatini
  • We encourage users to contact support before pursuing legal action
